Tangy Marinated Pork Chops with Asparagus and Mashed Potatoes
I’ve been experimenting with Pork Chops lately. This is the first of two attempts.The other one, not pictured, turned out just as good. This Pork Chop was baked after being marinated. Wonderful aroma, beautiful to look at and a pleasure to eat. Pork Chops are surprisingly cheap so give it a shot!
