A Long Way To Go

Well, I’m working on getting photos with all my recipes and let me tell you between my jobs and the weather I feel like I”m getting no where. I know it will all come together but my goal is by the end of year. Yes, I realize we are not even half way through the year but I have tons of photos to take. That means I have to make all those dishes, get great lighting and take great photos. ODDS: slim! But I’m going for it anyhow.

Long Time No Blog

As usual I’m behind on blogging. I can make a zillion excuses but who wants to hear all that. Anyhow on April 1st I hosted PIE DAY. We made 3 1/2 pies in two hours. I had some components premade for the students but I still taught every part so they could go home and be successful in their own kitchens. Hopefully there is a lot pie making going on now.
